This past Sunday saw 56 boats compete in the 1 Day CFT even on Lake Simcoe and Couchiching. Harold Nesbitt and Sylvie Labelle took the $7,500 grand prize with a 5 fish limit of 20.25 pounds. The Big Bass prize went to a 6.2 pound monster caught by Dan Maw and Chris Hockley. Bob Izumi, and his son Darren, placed 13th with a total weight of 15.35 pounds.
